Il est fort probable que, dû à la transpiration, vos chaussures respirantes deviennent mouillées à l’intérieur et rendent vos pieds moites par conditions humides. Si le tissu ou cuir extérieur absorbe de l'eau, la chaussure perdra de sa respirabilité. Par conséquent, le traitement déperlant durable (DWR) de vos chaussures doit être entretenu pour un confort assuré. Au fur et à mesure il s'estompera et il faudra le renouveler avec Nikwax Fabric & Leather Proof™.

Lorsque vous portez des chaussures et faites une activité, vos chaussettes absorbent l'humidité créée par vos pieds pour que ceux-ci restent secs. Cependant, si vos chaussures absorbent de l'eau et deviennent 'mouillées' leur respirabilité sera réduite. La vapeur d'eau ne pourra pas s'évaporer à travers le tissu, vous vous sentirez donc moite et mouillé. Nikwax Fabric & Leather Proof™ ajoute un Traitement Déperlant Durable (DWR), qui empêchera l'absorption d'eau tout en maintenant la respirabilité, gardant vos pieds au sec et à l'aise.

Utiliser le produit imperméable approprié est important. Les lessives classiques laissent un film hydrophile fin sur le matériau qui masque le Traitement Déperlant Durable (DWR). Par conséquent toujours nettoyer vos chaussures imperméables avec Nikwax Fabric & Leather Proof™. Rappelez-vous que la saleté travaille contre la déperlance, il est donc important de nettoyer régulièrement pour entretenir la performance.

Appliquez Nikwax Fabric & Leather Proof™ à la main...
Enlever la saleté à l’aide d’un chiffon humide et nettoyer avec Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel™.
Bien agiter la bouteille avant utilisation. Presser le centre de l’éponge pour libérer le produit.
Appliquer généreusement sur les chaussures mouillées; Vaporiser (à une distance de 5cm) ou éponge.
Après 2 minutes, essuyer le surplus avec un chiffon et laisser sécher avant utilisation.
Note: Le tissu/daim de couleur/clair peut s'assombrir après une application. Tester sur une partie cachée.

Laissez vos chaussures sécher à l'air libre...
Laissez les chaussures sécher à température ambiante.
Vous pouvez les bourrer de papier au niveau des orteils pour absorber l'excès d'humidité,
remplacez-le une fois qu'il est mouillé.
Gardez vos chaussures éloignées de toute source de chaleur et radiateurs, un séchage
trop rapide peut casser le cuir et détacher les semelles collées.

You can return an item for an exchange of size or model within 30 days. Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for an exchange (option only available if we have other sizes in stock). The return costs are at your expense and we will take care of the shipping costs to send the new item to you.


Refund Policy


You can return an item for a refund within 30 days. Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for a refund. The return costs are at your expense. After receiving your item, Montaz will reimburse the total amount of your order (product(s) and shipping costs) except if you ordered several items and decided not to return all of them. Once we have received your parcel, it will be refunded to the card (or PayPal account) used to place the order within 2 to 3 days.


RETURNS PROCEDURE


If you wish to return an item:

  • Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for an exchange or a refund within 30 days. The return costs are at your expense.
  • Put a copy of the confirmation e-mail of exchange or refund in your parcel.
  • On your parcel, write the order number («MON*****»).
  • Please do not declare a value to your returned parckage otherwise we will be forced to refuse it to avoid to pay an extra tax on it. 

IMPORTANT:


  • Items must be returned : clean, unworn and unused with original tags and packaging.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original boxes in a new parcel (do not send the box without protection).
  • If you return all of your order, you must return all the items you received, including goodies and gifts we may have offered to you (example : ski bags for skis).
  • Returns must use the postal services of your country.
  • You can purchase a prepaid shipping label from us for 7 euros, whatever you return to us. To do so, just type the reference 155732 on our search engine on www.montaz.com or click on this link, add it to your basket and place your order. You will receive your prepaid label by email within a few minutes (it can take up to several hours).
  • Once you have asked for an exchange or refund, you have 10 days to return the item(s).
