When your order will be sent, you will receive a link by email with your tracking number on  www.colissimo.fr or www.DPD.fr.

If i am not here during the delivery?

 

If you have chosen home delivery and you are absent during the delivery :

 

Colissimo : You have a delivery notice in your letter box and your package will wait for you at the post office during 15 days, afterthat, he will be return to us.

Reminder of the regulations
